  2. Taking two specialized electives (ex: Language and Music)

Health

The information to enroll in Health is available below and can also be found at the district website.

There are two options for summer school health classes – CUSD Summer Credit Program or PCHS.

Option 1: CUSD SUMMER ONLINE COURSES - The course work is completed at home.  All tests must be taken in person.  A 1.5 hour testing time per week (at Aliso Niguel High School) is assigned.  Students will be required to attend a mandatory orientation June 19 or June 20.  Failure to attend the orientation will result in being dropped from the course - no exceptions.  CUSD classes run from: June 18 through July 25.

Option 2: PCHS (Pacific Coast High School) - The course offered through PCHS is fully online. The course runs from: July 2 through August 8. PCHS classes are CSU/UC approved elective credits

To enroll in health, choose one of the following:

  1. CUSD SUMMER ONLINE COURSES -  Student needs to see Mrs. Jordan after April 13 to enroll.  Registration window is April 13 - May 25 (or when capacity is reached).  The academic advisor will verify that the student’s schedule is impacted and register the student for the class.
  2. PCHS - Print the Enrollment Packet from http://pchs.k12.ca.us/july-august-capistrano/.  Parent and student will need to complete the entire Enrollment Packet (6 pages).  The pages can NOT be double sided. Student must then submit the completed paperwork to Mrs. Jordan after March 26.   The academic advisor will verify that the student’s schedule is impacted and then send the completed forms to the district.
