BAM! Body and Mind Learn about fitness, food and nutrition, exercise, disease and safety. Take a quiz, play a game, or create a fitness calendar.
Choose My Plate Contains resources and tools for more specific information about what and how much to eat.  Consumers will find specific recommendations for each USDA Food Group.
Fuel Up to Play 60 A program founded by the National Dairy Council and NFL, in collaboration with USDA, that empowers students to take charge in making small, everyday healthy changes in their lives.
KidsHealth KidsHealth has trainloads of accurate, up-to-date information about growth, food & fitness, childhood infections, immunizations, lab tests, medical and surgical conditions, and the latest treatments. You'll find health games, How The Body Works animations, the KidsVote health poll, and tons of surprises.
Olympics Find the winners of every event in every Olympics since 1896 along with slide shows and videos, career profiles of renowned athletes, virtual exhibitions about the ancient and modern Games, Olympic news, and descriptions of each sport.
Plastic Fork Diaries Follow six middle school students as they experience first-hand the relationship between food and their changing bodies, cultural differences, the vanishing family meal, nutrition and athletic performance.  Uses a serial story to provide information about food, nutrition, eating, and health related diseases.

9-Week Fitness Challenge

The Noble Path Foundation is proud to present The Vista Del Mar Middle School 9-week Fitness Challenge.  It's goal is to improve the health, athletic performance and fitness of each student. The course will feature both physical and nutritional elements, designed especially to both enhance and improve the overall heath and fitness of your child. 

The following documents include a Parent Letter explaining the program and the Nutrition Challenges. "Can the Soda!" is due to their PE teacher no later than Friday, March 7th. "Fast Food Will Put You On The Fast Track To Disease!" is due no later than Friday, March 21st. "Banish High Fructose Corn Syrup" is due no later than Friday, April 4th . Challenge # 4 is "White Out, Fiber In," and it is due no later than Friday, April 18th.
